Ormand

There once was a little Grackle who was no ordinary grackle.  His name was Ormand the Spackle Grackle.  He was vain and rightfully so because no one could deny the handsomeness of his iridescent colors that shimmer in the proper sunlight.

Ormand is really just a story that our family has made up about the flock of grackles that take over our yard each summer.  One year there was a specific grackle we could identify and he was named Ormand.  Each year the name is passed on to continue the tale of the spackle grackles.
